Count - This is my first CGI program using Python, count.py

Python Version: 2.6.4 (r264:75706, Dec 16 2009, 16:18:36) [GCC 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-21)]
It's now 2025-07-01 06:50:06.431 UTC (Zulu)

1. The random (0..100) count is 96.

2. The hard coded number is 5.

21 is the current count.
